Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information and necessary approvals to enable us to carry out work effectively. Delays in providing information or approvals may result in project delays or additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, concepts, and other creative outputs remain the intellectual property of Every Shade Creative Ltd unless expressly transferred under written agreement.

  • Clients are granted a licence to use final deliverables upon full payment.
  • Drafts, proposals, and unselected concepts remain our property.
  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our work without consent.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Payment terms are [30 days] from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose details of projects, designs, or strategies without prior written consent, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we endeavour to deliver services to the highest professional standard, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as commercial success of designs.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services.

  • Any personal data collected is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, invoicing, and communication.
